Once your package has left our warehouse, adjustments are unfortunately no longer possible. You can only initiate a return or cancellation after receiving the goods.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price. Please note that your statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days.

The refund will be processed within 2 to 4 business days of receiving the return. The credit will typically be posted to your account within another 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery usually takes between 8 and 13 business days . Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
