Please note: Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped!
Once your package has left our warehouse, adjustments are unfortunately no longer possible. You can only initiate a return or cancellation after receiving the goods.
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price. Please note that your statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days.
