The return shipping costs are, of course, covered by us.

Return Conditions

Products do not need to be unused or in their original packaging – trying the products is expressly permitted.

Opened or tested items can also be returned without any problems.

The return should be made within 90 days after receiving the goods.

How Your Return Works:

Contact us: Send us an email at 📧 spielup.de@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive a return label: We will send you a free return label by email.

Pack and ship the item: Pack the products securely and drop off the package at a shipping location near you.

Refund or exchange: After reviewing your return, we will refund the purchase amount or send you a replacement item according to your request.

Online return through your customer account: Log in at https://shopify.com/92585918781/account and start your return or cancellation request directly through your order.

Note for orders with a phone number: If you placed your order without an email address, please use the return link provided in your SMS order confirmation.

Refund

After receiving your return, we will process the refund within 2–4 business days.

The refund will generally be credited to your original payment method within an additional 2–3 business days.

You will, of course, not incur any additional costs for refunds.

The refund of the original shipping costs will also be provided free of charge in the event of withdrawal in accordance with EU law.

The following are excluded from exchange and return:

• Personalized products (e.g., with engravings or individual names)
• Items that have been severely damaged due to improper use
• Products that have been intentionally destroyed or used incorrectly
